Linh Noodle Bar

Linh Noodle Bar at 1029 West Cordova Street in Vancouver. Costar designed the space, built it and managed the project.

The restaurant has a bar, a main dining room, a private dining area and a full kitchen. The bar has leather stools, a white stone top, and shelves for glasses and bottles under a lit panel ceiling. In the dining room, leather booths run along the windows and round and square tables sit under large lanterns, with backlit etched glass panels and framed prints on the walls and a checkered floor.

A glass wine room and wine cabinets stand beside long tables for groups, with dark wood panels and gold figures on the walls. The kitchen has stainless steel prep tables and shelves, stock pot burners, a fryer and a large oven under one hood.
