What clients say

The Costar team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were good partners in our home renovation project, providing problem solving expertise and offering advice along the way.

I had the pleasure of working with Costar Construction recently, and I can’t express how impressed I am with the entire team, especially Louis. From the start, they made everything so easy and stress-free. Louis was an absolute joy to work with—always professional, attentive to even the smallest details, and super accommodating. He genuinely cared about ensuring that all built, all little details was done properly with care. The construction quality was top-notch. You can tell that Costar takes pride in their craftsmanship, and they don’t cut corners. They delivered my renovation on time, with everything done as promised, and went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy that I chose them for renovating our home. If you're looking for a construction team that combines skill, dedication, and an incredible work ethic, Costar Construction is the one! I highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again in the future. Already planning to potentially build a laneway home, but that's for sometime in the future. Thank you, Louis and the team!

I recently got Costar to renovate my parents condo, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Our site manager Jackson was professional, on time, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their team paid great attention to detail, and the quality of their work is amazing. Def recommend and will definitely work with them again in the future!

I have enjoyed working and collaborating with Costar Constriction Inc. on the projects we worked on together. Louis and his team are not only great contractors but are amazing communicators as well. They are always looking out for the best interest of the clients and are actively listening to their concerns. Louis and his team are also open to collaborating with the designers to find excellent solutions for the client during the construction process. I would refer Costar Construction Inc. to anyone interested in their personal home renovation and/or tenant improvement for any business. I would be happy to work on more projects together with Costar in the near future.
